Join Our Team as a Sales Associate in the Fresh Food Department

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in the Fresh Food Department. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Effectively promote and sell our products, including meat, poultry, seafood, and delicatessen items
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat and delicatessen departments
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; food service or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
