Our team of skilled chefs prepares traditional, handmade noodles according to time-honored recipes at four locations. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese noodle dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food items are prepared and cooked to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
• Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook/kitchen prep position.
• Familiarity with traditional Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.

More Details:

• Full-time/part-time position minimum 30 hours per week.
• €13.00/h starting salary.
