Job Title: Leader Assembly

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leader Assembly to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 70 employees in the pre-assembly and final assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the assembly team, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to production schedules.
  • Oversee the technical and disciplinary management of the assembly team, including commissioning and quality control.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and eliminate disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Interface with our international assembly locations (Wuxi, Malaysia, Nitra) to ensure global alignment and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Completed technical training (mechanics, electrics, or mechatronics) with further training as a master craftsman or technician.
  • Relevant practical work experience in pre-assembly and/or final assembly in machine and plant construction.
  • Several years of management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong quality awareness, with the ability to recognize optimization potential and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
