About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our Global Algorithms & Software Semiconductor Mask Solutions team at ZEISS Group.

As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions. Your tasks will include managing the CI/CD process, designing a test strategy, and implementing quality requirements in automated pipelines.

In close collaboration with our application specialists, you will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements and specifications of our customers are always met.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality requirements
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency
  • Work with our development team to resolve defects and improve overall software quality
Requirements
  • Intensive experience with practical software testing for high performance computing and QA tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Jenkins)
  • Excellent practical programming skills with scientific Python, C++/C#, parallel computing, CUDA
  • University level degree in physics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar
  • Good knowledge in image processing algorithms and machine learning
  • Great passion for high code quality and supportive team player
