Senior Director, Commercial Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our commercial growth and monetization efforts across 18 markets in Europe, Turkey, and APAC. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will drive merchant commercial strategy and performance, scale new monetization channels, and build a strong account management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and revenue across 18 markets.
- Lead the development and implementation of new monetization channels, including advertisement solutions and co-funded deals.
- Manage and grow our enterprise-accounts team, designing joint business plans, driving clients' business strategy, and launching new initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic projects for merchant sellers, including preferred partnerships and seller price-parity across platforms.
- Minimum 12 years of decision-making experience at the company level, including P&L accountability.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup or technology environments.
- Proven track record of business achievements and international exposure, with a blend of consulting experience or a similar background.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with countries and cross-functional teams both regionally and globally.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and actionably, with a strong desire to build and establish processes from the ground up.
- Team player with a positive attitude, who believes in achieving excellence through exceptional output.
