Your Profile
- You have a strong background in IT, with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and relevant work experience in a technical support role.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and are able to work effectively in a team environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft products, including Windows and Office, and have experience with mobile devices and operating systems.
- You have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and are able to apply them in a real-world setting.
- You are a team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
