Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at ETO GRUPPE. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading the logistics operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and improving logistics efficiency.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in logistics software and systems.
