We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data Management Expert to join our team at Advantest Europe GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our global data quality strategy and process.

• Develop and implement a global data quality strategy and process to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Own the global data governance community, responsible for setting up and running the community, defining best practices and standards, onboarding and training data owners, and monitoring data quality metrics.
• Own data quality metrics for global master data and ensure that all data standards are complied with.
• Support the upskilling initiative for all data users to drive a data-driven culture and mentality, create training material, and perform training.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience working in Master Data Management and Quality Assurance.
• Expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and data quality techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
• Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and Japanese are a plus.
