Cloud Solution Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at baramundi software GmbH. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and high-performance cloud architectures for our Argus Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure strategies that support our long-term business goals
  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture designs that meet the highest security and compliance standards
  • Work closely with our development teams and partners to integrate cloud solutions and ensure seamless functionality
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of our cloud products and infrastructures
  • Stay informed about the latest cloud technologies and trends and train team members in new methods
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of studies in computer science or a similar field
  • Several years of experience working with Microsoft Azure
  • Solid knowledge in cloud architecture and design
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
  • Knowledge in network security and best practices for cloud security
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are an advantage
