About the Role

Bishop GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Central Research & Technology department, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful and meaningful communication within our organization and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement and advocacy strategies to promote our research and technology initiatives.
  • Build and convey clear messages adapted to identified target audiences, including government, universities, and research institutions.
  • Create compelling storytelling to inspire and engage our stakeholders.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategies and provide guidance on messaging and branding.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, defining and leading multi-functional teams, analyzing and reporting project performance, and evaluating and implementing alternative and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support the implementation of strategic change programs with communications at function and/or cross-divisional level.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to act and implement quickly.
  • Solution-driven mindset with a high capability of reactivity and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and operate at all levels within an organization in a collaborative approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical studies at least master's or diploma course.
  • A solid experience of at least 4 years in designing and implementing stakeholder engagement and communications plans and a sound knowledge of the latest business communications practices.
  • Experience in academic research, engineering sciences, or emerging technologies is a plus.
Language Skills
  • At least business fluent in English.
  • Strong writing skills in English are required.
  • German would be a plus.
