Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Management Markets Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our portfolio managers in managing the portfolio of Guarantees of Origin across our different European markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Gain a deep understanding of power markets and related commodities, with a focus on renewable energy and energy trading.
  • Support the management of our portfolio of Guarantees of Origin, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with market regulations.
  • Collaborate with our portfolio managers to develop and implement strategies for managing our power, GoOs, and other commodities portfolios.
  • Analyze key market factors to inform trading decisions and optimize portfolio performance.

**Requirements**

  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and data science in Excel and Python.
  • Strong interest in the renewables and power market, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
  • High level of motivation, with a structured approach to work and a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
  • Fluency in English is required, with a strong understanding of the power market an advantage.
