Technical Training Program Developer

The Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Global Technical Academy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing technical training programs for service technicians, customers, and subcontractors worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop technical training programs for wind turbine service technicians, customers, and subcontractors.
  • Support our global trainer network of approximately 100 trainers in technical and pedagogical matters.
  • Take on project management or consulting roles in international projects with interdisciplinary interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with project management structures in training development projects.
  • Conduct pilot trainings and ensure the quality of our training programs.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical education or degree, preferably in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in developing didactic training programs and the ability to work conceptually.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects as a project manager.
  • Advanced English language skills in both written and spoken communication, with additional language skills such as Spanish or German being advantageous.
  • Team player with high self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to continuously develop professional and personal skills.
  • International travel readiness (currently 20%).
