Your Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and repair automated packaging machines and other pharmaceutical production equipment
  • Plan and execute maintenance activities and machine upgrades within scheduled timeframes, including reporting on any deviations
  • Document all work performed in accordance with established procedures
  • Collaborate closely with shift leaders and process control teams
  • Contribute to the implementation of modern shopfloor management practices

Requirements

  • Completed training in a technical field, preferably as a mechanical process technician, machine operator, or mechatronics engineer
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of process optimization
  • Desirable: first-hand experience in a production environment and familiarity with GMP regulations and hygiene guidelines
  • Proficiency in electrical, electronic, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is an asset
  • Ability to work in a 3-shift system and on 4 out of 10 weekends
