As an Airport IT Consultant at Munich Airport International, you will be part of a dynamic team that advises clients in the aviation industry and manages terminals and airports worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise aviation clients and participate in complex airport projects worldwide.
  • Support and lead aviation consulting and management engagements in the area of airport ICT.
  • Conduct due diligence, audits, and ICT responsibility in Airport ORAT programs for airport systems.
  • Develop roadmaps for ICT master planning, digitalization, commercial, and investment programs.
  • Provide specialist support to stakeholders and formulate recommendations, solutions, and business cases regarding ICT topics.
  • Support or lead business development engagements to jointly succeed in the acquisition of new projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in information technology, electronics/electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Several years of work experience in ICT related roles, preferably in an airport environment or within a consulting company related to the aviation industry.
  • Track record of ICT projects implementations from planning to closure, with PMP or similar internationally accepted certifications.
  • Experience in ICT operations, preferably in airports based on ITILv3 standards, including DR planning and testing, IS0-20000 certifications, information security audits, SOP/WI drafting, enterprise ICT architecture engagements, and studies of digitalization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and changing situations, with a high level of commitment to goals and tasks.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Excellent English language skills (oral and written), with other language skills advantageous, good German language skills welcome.
