About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at accommerce ug (haftungsbeschränkt). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that align with our brand's vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand's vision and business goals.
  • Scriptwriting and Content Creation: Write compelling scripts for advertisements, promotional videos, and other marketing content.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to stay updated with the latest trends, competitor activities, and innovative techniques in the industry.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all creative content is consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Brand Identity and Development: Enhance and maintain the visual identity of Noirvere across all platforms and marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and successful campaigns.
  • Excellent Scriptwriting Skills: Excellent script writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
