About the Role:

Hosokawa Alpine is a leading manufacturer of high-quality machinery and equipment, renowned for its expertise in mechanical processing technology and film extrusion. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and benefits systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement monthly payroll accounting, certification, and reporting procedures
  • Process company pension schemes and assist with annual financial statements
  • Support annual personnel cost planning and prepare statistics, analyses, and KPIs
  • Communicate with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security institutions

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business administration, human resources management, or equivalent
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting and knowledge of social security law
  • Excellent Excel skills and affinity for numbers
  • Knowledge of the Paisy payroll program and metal and electrical collective agreement is an advantage
  • Very good German and good command of English
