Oberberg Fachklinik Potsdam is a private acute clinic for psychiatry, psychosomatics, and psychotherapy, primarily serving motivated private patients, self-payers, and beneficiaries. Located in a scenic area on the outskirts of the state capital Potsdam, we treat almost the entire spectrum of mental illnesses.

Join Our Team

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and supervision to our psychology team.
  • Developing and implementing our therapeutic programs.
  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborating with our medical team to develop treatment plans.
  • Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our therapy services.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and research findings.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
  • Registration as a licensed psychologist in your country of practice.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical psychology role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
