We are looking for a Sales Associate / Career Starter (gn) in Part-Time (45 Hours/Month) to join our team at Ernsting's family. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, processing returns, and performing other tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including participating in visual merchandising and promotional activities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
