We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Psychiatry and Psychotherapy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our medical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and guidance to our team of psychiatrists and psychotherapists
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Contribute to the development of our medical staff through training and mentorship
- German medical license ( Approbation) and proficiency in German (C1 level)
- Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
