We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sachbearbeiter:in Wohnbaufinanzierung to join our team at SV SparkassenVersicherung. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving credit applications, conducting thorough credit assessments, and ensuring the smooth processing of residential mortgage loans.

• Evaluate and approve credit applications, taking into account creditworthiness and loan-to-value ratios.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments, including property valuations and security reviews.
• Process residential mortgage loans from application to repayment, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Manage correspondence and communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on residential mortgage financing.
• Perform special tasks and projects as assigned by management.

• Hold a degree in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential mortgage financing, preferably in a Sparkasse or similar institution.
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
