We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Jedox GmbH, a leading software solution provider for business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud environments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on infrastructure as code, leverage automation, and foster collaboration between cloud and development teams. If you have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and infrastructure as code tools, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient cloud infrastructure as code, leveraging tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Crossplane to drive GitOps integration.
  • Build foundational tools for Jedox's Cloud Story, including PHP and Go.
  • Automate business processes using Kubernetes Operators and other cloud-native approaches.
  • Enable cloud operations and development teams for greater efficiency in their cloud-native journey.
  • Develop strategies for cloud cost optimization.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in software development, particularly in languages such as Go, PHP, Python, and JavaScript. Your experience with Kubernetes and tools like Helm/Kustomize will be invaluable in this position.
