Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der sich auf das Key Account Management und den Verkauf von Serviceprodukten spezialisiert hat. Als Teil des Vertriebsteams von Rolls-Royce Power Systems werden Sie die Verantwortung für die Steuerung von Servicethemen einer definierten Motorbaureihe übernehmen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das Key Account Management und den Verkauf von Serviceprodukten im direkten, nationalen und internationalen Service-Vertrieb.
  • Entwickeln Sie als Teilprojektleiter die Steuerung aller Servicethemen einer definierten Motorbaureihe und tragen Sie zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei.
  • Koordinieren Sie und kommunizieren Sie mit internen sowie externen Projektbeteiligten.
  • Sicherstellen Sie die Zielerreichung in Ihrem Teilprojekt.
  • Erarbeiten Sie mit den Kunden Wartungskonzepte für große Flotten inklusive Planung, Akquise, Verhandlung und Durchführung dieser Vertriebsprojekte.
  • Betreuen Sie Ausschreibungen und Aufträge mit hoher Komplexität und bringen Sie diese zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Arbeiten Sie im Team eng mit den relevanten Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens zur Durchführung und Umsetzung von bestehenden Aufträgen und Projekten zusammen.
  • Beobachten und bearbeiten Sie kontinuierlich die Ihnen zugeordneten Märkte und Kunden.
  • Planen Sie detailliert den erwarteten Auftragseingang bzw. Umsatz mit den von Ihnen betreuten Kunden und Partnern.

Voraussetzungen

  • Erworbenes Wissen, zum Beispiel aus einem Wirtschaftsingenieurs-, BWL oder Maschinenbaustudium als auch mit relevanten Praxiserfahrungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Eine (Teil-)Projektleitung sollte für Sie kein Fremdwort sein und Sie bringen hierfür einen Start-up Spirit mit, um im Team anzupacken und unser Servicegeschäft voranzubringen und auszubauen.
  • Natürlich haben Sie auch erste Berufserfahrung / idealerweise Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Service / Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und internationalen Projektgeschäft.
  • Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen als auch im Umgang mit militärischen Hochwertgütern und deren Wartung ist wünschenswert. Alternativ dürfen Sie auch als Basis gerne Ihre Erfahrungen aus dem Wartungsgeschäft mit Investitionsgütern mitbringen.
  • Ihre Erfahrung im Vertragsrecht als auch im öffentlichen Preisrecht tragen in Vertragsverhandlungen entscheidend zum Erfolg bei.
  • Gute kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
