Job Title: Static Generator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Static Generator Specialist to join our team at Technical Global Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their technical expertise and passion for generator servicing.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing minor and major maintenance on static generators, conducting fuel sampling, and ensuring high standards of service across various static generator systems.

Key Objectives:

  • Ensure all service activities meet quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls for generator failures or breakdowns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or malfunctions.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through training programs and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure optimal generator performance.
  • Provide detailed and accurate feedback to the service office after each customer visit, highlighting any areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on-site findings, including recommendations for required parts and services.
  • Collect fluid samples from engines, day tanks, and bulk tanks as needed, following strict quality control procedures.
  • Issue electronic Waste Consignment Notes following waste removal, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain generator areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Proactively support designated customer requirements, ensuring all services are delivered professionally and efficiently.
  • Participate in the on-call rota when required, providing 24/7 support to our customers.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Europe / Frankfurt, with opportunities for rotation packages.
