About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Railway Signalling Systems Manager to join our team at Siemens Mobility GmbH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the signalling and communication system concept for international mainline railway projects.
  • Analyse tenders, clarify, evaluate, and document technical and operational requirements.
  • Ensure technical interfaces are compatible with each other.
  • Prepare customer-specific technical tender documentation and assess technical risks.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or information science.
  • Many years of professional experience as a System Manager for highly complex projects in railway automation.
  • Ability to integrate technical and non-technical stakeholders in a complex system architecture.
  • Intercultural experience and enthusiasm for working in an international team.
  • Very good English language skills and a willingness to travel internationally.
