About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Lead to join our team at SWARCO. As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be responsible for managing our cyber security operations and ensuring the security of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement cyber security policies and procedures
- Lead a team of cyber security professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and technologies
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure cyber security is integrated into all aspects of the business
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, mathematics or natural sciences with an IT focus or comparable qualification
- Professional experience with management responsibility in the area of cyber security
- Knowledge and experience with common guidelines such as NIS2, ENISA, BSI recommendations, ISO 27001
- Knowledge and experience with tools for SIEM and SOAR
- Knowledge of methods of the Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Structured way of working and analytical skills
