About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Rail Technologies Team, focusing on the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and driving regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Delivery team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide regular market intelligence and reports to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the German Rail Industry.
  • Strong Sales Experience: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
