Internal Communications Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at the Bosch Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing internal communication strategies and initiatives that drive engagement and productivity across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in developing and executing internal communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
* Collaborate with various departments to create engaging content, including video, articles, and newsletters
* Organize and conduct internal events and meetings, both on-site and online using MS Teams
* Provide editorial support to ensure high-quality content that meets the company's standards

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Sciences or Economics with excellent academic records
* Proven experience in corporate communications and editorial skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with German a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
