About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Planning Specialist to join our team at IfAÖ Institut für Angewandte Ökosystemforschung GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating environmental documents, including technical contributions to MSRL and WRRL, AFB, LBP, and UVP reports in both onshore and offshore areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Elaboration of water law technical contributions and similar tasks, such as assessing substance discharges into water bodies.
- Environmental consulting on water law topics, providing process support.
- Project management, including contact with clients and authorities.
- Participation in meetings, including those related to approval procedures.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in natural sciences, such as biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience with water law topics.
- Knowledge of environmental planning, particularly regarding the creation of water law technical contributions.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of environmental planning.
- Structured and responsible work approach.
- Independent and confident.
- Class B driver's license.
- Extensive knowledge of common MS-Office programs (Microsoft 365).
- Organizational skills and teamwork.
