Senior Construction Manager for Underground Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our underground construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on underground infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
