Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert agronomic advice and support for KWS products to farmers, biogas operators, and the agricultural trade.
  • Be the first point of contact for the latest KWS varieties and innovative digital offers, showcasing their benefits and applications.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through creative and committed approaches, winning new customers and enhancing market position.
  • Work closely with farmers, biogas operators, and opinion leaders to understand their needs and preferences, driving the development of tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the marketing and product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Organize and manage established trial locations, presenting the latest genetics from KWS with enthusiasm and expertise.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Experience in plant cultivation combined with commercial skills, enabling you to navigate the agricultural industry with confidence.
  • A passionate consultant and salesperson with a talent for active customer contact, building strong relationships and driving growth.
  • A confident and communicative individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An apprenticeship or professional experience in agriculture or a degree in agricultural sciences, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
