At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator Accounting to join our General Ledger team. As a key member of our accounting processes, you'll play a vital role in preparing financial statements, managing accruals and deferrals, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in SAP R3 or S/4Hana and Tagetik reporting package
  • Process accruals and deferrals for various companies, providing accounting support in the general ledger
  • Manage cash planning, coordinate with Group accounting, auditors, and tax consultants
  • Post and reconcile monthly IFRS 16 entries, monitor payroll entries and payments
  • Participate in forecasting and budgeting, collaborate with group departments
  • Regularly reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Completed training in the commercial field or comparable training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
  • Knowledge of SAP FI and proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
