Receptionist

Loewertus AG is seeking a motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Binz, Germany. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

• Brief and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our company
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and document processing
• Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and communication
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with:

• Excellent German language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A valid driver's license (at least class B)
