Senior ERP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant to join our team at Deufol. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, and Axapta, as well as strong consultancy skills. You will be expected to excel in complex analysis, propose innovative solutions, and effectively manage mid-size projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex solution analysis within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/MS Dynamics NAV systems.
  • Define analysis results and development/test requirements, assigning tasks to team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Keep the team leader informed about progress and update progress in Redmine.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues with development-related tasks when necessary.
  • Attend project meetings, including those held at the customer's site if required.
  • Conduct on-site visits for analysis, implementation, or post-implementation support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems development or implementation, with at least 3 years of experience working with MS products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong teamwork and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Products (NAV/BC/AX).
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
