Deine Aufgaben:
  • Deine Expertise im Bereich des exklusiven Kundenservices und Produktwissens nutzen, um eine besondere Brand Experience für unsere Käufer zu schaffen.
  • Die Mitarbeiter in deinem Bereich koordinieren, coachen und motivieren sowie für eine ausgezeichnete Arbeitsatmosphäre sorgen.
  • Das Management des täglichen Geschäfts in deinem Bereich unterstützen, um die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen (inkl. Digitalservices, Visual Merchandising, Verkaufsfläche, Werbekampagnen).
  • Probleme erkennen und passende Lösungen gemeinsam mit deinem Senior Store Leadership Team kreieren.
  • Du ermittelst und verbesserst Bereiche anhand des Feedbacks von Kund:innen.
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Standards und Guidelines von NIKE eingehalten werden.
  • Ein Brand Ambassador für NIKE Initiativen sein, einschließlich der Schulung deines Teams.
Unsere Store Struktur:

Unsere Store Struktur besteht aus drei Coach Rollen:

  • COMMERCIAL
    • Du führst ein Team, das Artikel effizient annimmt, das Lager exzellent verwaltet und die Standards für die visuelle Präsentation genau umsetzt.
    • Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Lager und stellst sicher, dass sich auf der Verkaufsfläche immer genügend Artikel befinden, dass die Fläche präsentabel ist und dass sie den Markenstandards entspricht.
    • Du arbeitest mit den Department Leads zusammen, die die einzelnen Bereiche (Wareneingang und visuelle Präsentation) beaufsichtigen, während du für den gesamten Warenfluss im Store verantwortlich bist.
    • Verantwortung für den Launch monatlicher Initiativen.
    • Nutzung unserer Reporting-Tools, um die besten kommerziellen Entscheidungen zu treffen.
    • Genaue Bestandsführung, um per App und Internet bestellte Produkte liefern zu können.
  • ATHLETE EXPERIENCE
    • Sicherstellen, dass das Team bestmöglich ausgestattet ist, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Athlete Experience zu gewährleisten (Zweck).
    • Du motivierst dein Team, sich engagiert in Nike Community Ambassador-Aktivitäten einzubringen.
    • Mit deinem Senior Store Leadership Team zusammenarbeiten, wobei du in Einstellungsprozessen und dem Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen involviert bist.
    • Du bist für die Zeitplanung des Stores verantwortlich.
    • Gemeinsam mit dem Store Team arbeiten, um eine positive NIKE Kultur zu implementieren und zu pflegen.
  • CONSUMER EXPERIENCE
    • Als Beispiel vorangehen, um einen ausgezeichneten Service auf der Verkaufsfläche zu garantieren und die Reise des Konsumenten (Consumer Journey) zum Leben zu erwecken.
    • Die Ressourcen bereitstellen, damit das Team Kenntnisse über die Marke NIKE sowie über Consumer Service und Digitalservices erhält.
    • Spezifische Trainings absolvieren und das Wissen zu Athlete Services weitergeben.
    • Daten und Analysen nutzen, um tiefere Einblicke zu gewinnen und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Store Leadership Team kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erreichen.

    Was du mitbringst:
    • Die Passion für NIKE und/oder die Liebe zum Sport
    • Erfahrung und Kompetenz für hervorragenden Kundenservice
    • 5 Jahre oder mehr Erfahrung im Retail
    • 2 Jahre oder mehr Erfahrung als Teamleiter
    • Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
    • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
    • Du bist gut organisiert und kannst Prioritäten setzen
    • Proaktivität, Offenheit sowie Motivation und die Leidenschaft, unsere Kunden immer an die erste Stelle zu setzen
    • Bereitschaft, an Wochenenden und in Schichten zu arbeiten
