About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Requirements Analysis to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our Engineering & Product Development team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, users, and customers, and prioritizing and organizing them based on their importance and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and customers
  • Reconcile requirements between competing customers' demands
  • Analyze requirements for viability and feasibility
  • Prioritize and organize requirements based on importance and dependencies
  • Document requirements in clear and concise testable specifications
  • Validate requirements are clear, complete, and implementable
  • Facilitate reviewing and getting approval from stakeholders

Requirements Management:

  • Apply requirements tools for managing requirements
  • Mentor other engineering team members on requirements analysis process
  • Perform requirements review in RFQ and RFI process
  • Support activities in regard of internal/external standardization
  • Apply internal and external standards in requirements management process

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Master's in engineering, materials science, or related field
  • Solid years of working experience in development role or advanced engineering role
  • Working knowledge of various battery systems, subsystems, and components
  • Solid knowledge in battery design, failure mechanisms, and lab testing
  • Ability to grasp technical publications and texts quickly
  • Basic understanding of systems engineering fundamentals and processes
  • Experience with Requirements Management tools
