Data Analyst and A/B Testing Specialist

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and A/B Testing Specialist to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Journey Optimization team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing customer behavior, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with the Customer Base team to develop targeted digital journeys and A/B testing concepts
• Oversee the end-to-end customer segmentation process, including the creation of target groups and testing
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop and implement digital journey concepts and plans
• Set up and align A/B tests using tools like Dynamic Yield and mParticle with the overall eCommerce roadmap

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce
• Strong understanding of web user experience and conversion rate optimization
• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Omniture, and AB testing tools like Optimizely or Dynamic Yield
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
