We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team at smartvokat GmbH. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a key role in the implementation of our innovative solutions for legal and compliance departments.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise between delivery and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor teams in ServiceNow implementation projects
- Validate technical proposals and translate business requirements into technology requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in client environments
- Advanced knowledge in ServiceNow IRM
- Fluent in German and English
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification
- Proven consulting experience and project management skills
