About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team at smartvokat GmbH. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a key role in the implementation of our innovative solutions for legal and compliance departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between delivery and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor teams in ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Validate technical proposals and translate business requirements into technology requirements
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in client environments
  • Advanced knowledge in ServiceNow IRM
  • Fluent in German and English
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification
  • Proven consulting experience and project management skills
