About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Stephanus Mobil in Hohen Neuendorf. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support to our clients, focusing on their physical and emotional needs, including personal care, delegated nursing care, and documentation.
• Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our team, providing emotional support and companionship.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in care and support, preferably with experience in a care setting. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• First-hand experience in a care setting, preferably with a care certificate or equivalent.
