**About the Role**

We are seeking a Production Associate (m/w/d) Pharmaceutical - Manufacturing and Packaging to join our team at Madaus GmbH, a Viatris Company in Troisdorf, Germany. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Operate and maintain production equipment and facilities, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
• Conduct quality control checks and report any deviations or issues to the production team.
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new production methods and procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.

**Requirements**

• Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant field, such as pharmaceuticals or food processing.
• Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
