Job Description

This role involves providing expert support to Private Banking sales representatives in analyzing files and situations from a tax, legal, and wealth perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Belgian, French, Luxembourg, and international taxation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on legal, tax, and wealth matters to Private Banking sales representatives;
  • Offering personalized support to high net worth individuals on tax and legal aspects;
  • Staying up-to-date with national and international legal and tax news;
  • Attending working groups as an expert and participating in specific projects related to business development;
  • Collaborating with risk management experts to ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Analyzing client files to identify potential tax risks and issuing written opinions as a tax expert;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in law, ideally supplemented by a specialization in tax and/or notarial law;
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a law firm, notary's office, or similar position within a financial institution;
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian, French, Luxembourg, and international taxation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills;
  • Languages: oral and written proficiency in French and English; mastery of any other language is an asset.
