Facility Management Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Management Assistant to join our team at Ecotec GmbH. As a key member of our facility management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the facility management team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant education and experience in facility management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
- German language skills (C1 level or higher).
