About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager (gn) to join our team at Kreissparkasse Herzogtum Lauenburg. As a key member of our Market Follow Passive team, you will be responsible for process management, release management, and service provider management.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Process responsibility for the Market Follow Passive processes (currently including securities business and payment transactions)
• Release management
• Service provider management for the Market Follow Passive contracts
• Driving innovation and supporting colleagues (gn) in change processes, particularly in the context of digitalization and process improvement
