About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Contract Logistics team at our Augsburg location. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring the successful execution of logistics operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve operational excellence and meet customer expectations
  • Ensure the effective implementation of logistics processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures, including warehouse management and transportation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Positive reliability check according to § 7 LuftSiG
