OHB System AG, a leading space company in Europe, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bremen. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting students, interns, and candidates for various positions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage job postings, applicant communications, and interviews in both German and English
  • Draft and negotiate job offers and contracts
  • Assist with administering company-wide educational programs and supporting the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, psychology, social sciences, or similar fields
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Eagerness and enjoyment in learning new topics
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and communication with internal and external stakeholders
