Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

Als Global Business Controller bei der Nordex Group sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung eines modernen Business-Controllings, das die End-to-End-Steuerung der Unit unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Sammlung, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten im interdisziplinären Bereich der Windenergie
  • Die Identifikation von Handlungsbedarfen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für eine eigenständige Business Unit
  • Das Erstellen von Dashboards und KPIs mithilfe moderner IT-Lösungen und KI-Technologien

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Business-Controller mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL, usw.), Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich MS-Office und SAP sowie im Umgang mit Datenbanken
  • Prozessorientiertes Denken in Verbindung mit einer hohen IT-Affinität
  • Durchsetzungskraft verbunden mit einer pragmatischen Herangehensweise bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge, die zur Entscheidungsfindung beitragen, verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, wie auch gute Englischkenntnisse
