Job Title: Packaging Specialist - Electronics Assembly

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Reliability & Test Technician to join our team at a Global Leading Technology and R&D Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting up reliability tests for packaging applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up reliability tests for packaging applications (e.g. power cycling, TST, HTS, etc.).
- Develop deep knowledge in electronics or electrical field, ideally in semiconductor assembly (e.g. electronic packaging, molding).
- Utilize practical experience in mechanical construction of parts for tools, machines, samples (CAD, & with machine).
- Possess technical understanding of power electronic devices, materials & packaging processes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Reliability & Test Technician.
- Strong background in electronics or electrical engineering, preferably in semiconductor assembly.
- Proficiency in CAD software and machine operation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
