Customer Support Engineer

ACCRETECH is a leading manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment and form and surface measuring systems. Our European headquarters in Munich, Germany, oversees the entire European and Southern American market through a network of sales and customer service points.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professionally experienced and customer-oriented Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical expertise to customers concerning our high-quality and innovative product lines.
  • Installation, maintenance, application, and process support of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarizers) and Wafer Prober.
  • Implementation of hardware and software modifications.
  • Analysis, reporting, and elimination of malfunctions.
Requirements
  • Solid technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, etc.
  • Initial professional experience in the installation, service, and application support of complex systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High willingness to travel around European territory.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
