Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger to join our team at KfH. As a Dialysis Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with dialysis procedures, including preparing patients, operating equipment, and documenting treatment outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and addressing physical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger or equivalent.
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis care, with a strong understanding of kidney disease and treatment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
