About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Michelin. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, industrializing, and optimizing pre-products, mixtures, and tire models in our factory in Bad Kreuznach.
Key Responsibilities- Define and industrialize pre-products, mixtures, and tire models in our factory
- Support production in achieving ongoing production goals
- Act as a key interface between the factory and the corporate headquarters in product/process and method development
- Develop and implement industrialization studies and quality plans for various development projects
- Collaborate with the corporate headquarters in developing and implementing new tools and methods
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- First-hand experience in a production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2), French (B2), and English (B2)
- Methodical, efficient, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and moderate groups
- Collaborative work environment with open communication
