Your Role:
- Design and implement an Interference Lithography process for producing innovative HOEs, enabling miniaturization of complex optical functions in thin transparent layers.
- Collaborate closely with our design team to create novel HOEs for display prototypes within a clean room environment.
- Contribute to the advancement of knowledge by potentially publishing your research findings in an academic journal.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, or a related field.
- Possess experience with complex laboratory setups, ideally within the field of optics or photonics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills, organization, and a structured approach to work.
- Show genuine passion for optical technologies and complex problem-solving.
- Be fluent in both German and English.
